INDIVIDUAL WELLBEING GRANTS.
Individual Wellbeing Grants are at the heart of the Dancing with Dom Foundation’s work. These grants offer gentle, practical financial support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges who would benefit from access to wellbeing-focused support or activities.
Our aim is simple: to remove barriers to support and help people take meaningful steps toward improved wellbeing, connection, and hope before crisis.
Each grant is offered in honour of Dom’s legacy — helping people feel less alone as they navigate difficult times.
What the grants support.
Our Grants may help cover the cost of wellbeing-focused support such as:
Counselling or therapy
Creative therapies such as art, music, or movement
Wellbeing workshops or courses
Community wellbeing programs
Other activities or services that support emotional health and wellbeing
Every grant is considered individually, with care and compassion.
Why these grants matter.
Many people who are struggling with their mental health face barriers to accessing the support that could help them.
Financial barriers, long waiting lists, and lack of accessible services can leave people feeling isolated or unsupported.
Our Individual Wellbeing Grants aim to bridge that gap — offering practical support at moments when it can make a meaningful difference.
